Advanced Pipes and Casts Company (APC), a subsidiary of Aamal Company Q.P.S.C., has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with China Railway Tunnel Group Co., Ltd. to explore collaboration on tunnel projects.
The agreement establishes a framework for the two companies to work together on tunnel segment projects and the associated supply chain. It aims to identify opportunities linked to upcoming infrastructure developments in Qatar and the wider region.
Rashid Al Mansoori, CEO of Aamal Company Q.P.S.C., signed on behalf of APC. Sheikh Khalid bin Faisal Al Thani attended the signing, alongside the executive management teams of both companies.
The MoU is exploratory and does not commit the parties to a contract. No project names, contract values or timelines have been disclosed.
