1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using RailZoom Atlas ("RailZoom", "we", "us") at railzoom.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

These Terms apply to all users, including free accounts and paid subscribers.

2. Description of Service

RailZoom provides a railway industry intelligence platform offering:

• Global rail tender and procurement data
• Rail project tracking and status updates
• Industry news aggregation and analysis
• Company profiles and market intelligence
• Research reports and periodic publications

Access to certain features requires a paid subscription. Feature availability by plan is described on our Pricing page.

3. Subscriptions and Payment

• Billing: Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) through our payment processor, Paddle. By subscribing, you authorise automatic renewal charges.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refund Policy: We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied within 14 days of your first payment, contact us at client@railzoom.ai for a full refund. This applies to first-time subscribers only. Refunds are not available if more than 50% of the subscription period has been used or if data has been exported. After 14 days, payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Refunds do not apply to renewals.
• Price changes: We may change subscription prices with 30 days' notice. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of new pricing.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, copy, or systematically download platform data for redistribution
• Share your account credentials with third parties
• Use the platform to build a competing product or service
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or circumvent access controls
• Use automated tools to access the platform without prior written consent

5. Data Accuracy and Disclaimer

RailZoom aggregates information from public sources, government publications, and industry databases. While we strive for accuracy, we make no warranties regarding the completeness, timeliness, or fitness for any particular purpose of the data provided.

Information on this platform is for intelligence and reference purposes only. It does not constitute legal, financial, or investment advice. Users should independently verify critical information before making business decisions.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, data compilations, design, and software on RailZoom are owned by or licensed to RailZoom Atlas. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Individual news articles and public tender notices remain the property of their respective sources. RailZoom claims no ownership over third-party content.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to the platform or other users. In cases of termination due to violation, no refund will be issued.

You may delete your account at any time by contacting client@railzoom.ai.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RailZoom Atlas shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform — including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to RailZoom in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless otherwise required by the laws of your country of residence.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the platform at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of RailZoom after changes constitutes acceptance.
