EAEU and China plan paperless rail freight

The EurAsia Economic Union (EAEU) and China plan to start rail freight transportation using electronic waybills with paperless technology. “The work conducted in 2025 on the China route allowed for starting trial shipments using electronic waybills and paperless technology between Russia and China this year,” a statement from EAEU said.
