Hitachi and Siemens Mobility only bidders for Renfe high speed train contract

SPAIN: Hitachi Rail and Siemens Mobility have submitted proposals to supply between 30 and 40 high speed trainsets to national operator Renfe, and Talgo is out of the race after it submitted its bid too late.
