Portfolio Wabtec completes acquisition of Dellner Couplers, Strengthening

Pittsburgh, United States (Metro Rail Today): WabtecCorporation has completed the acquisition of DellnerCouplers, a Sweden-based global leader in safety-critical trainconnection systems and services for passenger rail rollingstock. The strategic acquisition enhances Wabtec's Transitbusiness by adding complementary technologies andexpanding its portfolio of mission-critical passenger railsolutions.The transaction strengthens Wabtec's capabilities in highly engineered coupler and gangway systems, positioning the companyfor accelerated and profitable growth in the passenger rail segment.
