The Surface Transportation Board (STB) on April 22 issued a decision authorizing Green Eagle Railroad’s (GER) construction and operation of an approximately 1.3-mile rail line in Eagle Pass and Maverick County, Tex., subject to certain environmental mitigation conditions.
